New Show Coming Up!

Here it is June again and I have a new show coming up on the 20-22 of this month!  It is the Teddies Worldwide Show and it starts at 4 pm on the Friday (Est) at teddiesworldwide.com.  The show is called Teddy Bear and Friends on vacation.

Christmas Show a Success!

My Christmas show was a success!

I made several bears and all but one was adopted out.  Here are a few of the show bears:

New bears for the show...

I've been busily making changes to my teddy bear business; I'm going to be making a lot more of my whimsical style bears and less of my classic style...I've decided to call my bears 'Dear Wee Soul Bears' instead of Pearl's Bears, for several reasons, not the least of which is I've decided to use my first name again: Rachel.  Obviously then, there's not much use for 'Pearl's Bears' anymore if my name is Rachel!

Anyhow, my new bears will be for adoption the middle of November.  I hope  you stop by to have a look!

It's Been a Long Time!

It's sure been a long time since I've blogged!  I've been out of commission for awhile and just getting back into the swing of things.  I've made a few bears here and there but haven't been near as creative as I would have liked.  Below is one of the bears I made for a private commission:

Teddies Worldwide Christmas Show!

As mentioned previously, November 16 at 4 pm EST begins the online teddy bear show, Teddies Worldwide. It is the Christmas show and sure to be filled with lots of treasures!
I will have 10 little bears at the show!

Hallowe'en is over!

This Hallowe'en I was on an airplane on my way back from a visit to Ireland, the place of my birth. I was gone for two weeks and had a grand old time!
But several weeks ago I had made a little Hallowe'en bear named Allistair and decided to keep him as part of my own collection. Here is his pic along with his pumpkin!
